Crazy addicted to Harvest Moon. I maxed out the upgrades on all my tools, maxed out my HOUSE, but now I gotta buy the remaining 2 crop fields and buy a barn, and a horse and some sheep... and possibly expand on my coop, but I'm still thinking about it. I should just sell my 5 chickens and get silk worms to replace them. Also, totally gonna marry Owen and have the "artsy" child, but that won't be till the verrrrrry end after I finished practically everything else.

It only took like, 10-15 minutes to install, which baffles me cuz I'm so used to setting the whole day aside to reinstall windows. While the OS itself installed pretty quickly, I've been spending several hours with Jose on the phone, going through all the programs I need to download & install again. And apparently I didn't save the favorites from the previous web browser, so I'll have to start building up my links allllllll over again. 8/

So far, Windows 7 is pretty sweet. 8D I definitely wanna get the full version when I have enough money.

Steve kept telling me to check out the live action trailer for Halo 3: ODST, so I finally took a look at it on gametrailers.com, but there was too much movement in the video that it was lagging! So, instead, I downloaded it on 360 LIVE, and it's a glorious thing to behold. 8DDDD

Got up early this morning to let the Edison guy in to take away my fridge. I guess the $50 check will arrive in the SB mail in a couple weeks.

Went to Ellen's at 1, Ellen and Shannon were out getting stuff ready to take pics of Shannon's Android 18 cosplay costume, so Skip treated me to lunch at In-N-Out! Yums! Ate that at the house while Patrick & Ellen watched Gurren Lagaan (sp????) and Shannon got all dressed up, then we went to griffith park and got some pics of her. D'aww she looked great! 8D Then we got more In-N-Out, but I just got a soda, and hung out at Ellen's place for a while cuz Shannon was feelin out of sorts. Theeeeeeen we took Patrick back to Shannon's place where his car was so he could go to class, and then Ellen & Shannon & I went to Little Tokyo~! We first went to karaoke. Ohmygod, that was FUN! I totally wanna visit once a month and go there each visit. Then we hit the arcade for a couple games of Taiko drumming, theeeeeen we went to dinner. We decided to skip Yogurtland, so we took Shannon home, then went back to Ellen's so I could get in my car, and Ellen followed me to my place to pick up the food I forgot to bring with me when I first went to her place. It's midnight now, I'm exhausted from so much food and fun, and tomorrow I get to have more fun as I'll have a check to cash!

I'll send Amy's Ratchet toy in the mail, get a new pair of shoes, get the new TF comic, and maybe see District 9 again with Skip & Ellen! I'm also gonna contact some people who are interested in buying my kitchen table & bookcase! AWESOME! 8D One of people interested in the table just moved into an apartment with roommates who are looking for furniture, so I might be able to sell other things to them, too. That'd be awesome if I could. 8)

Man, I've been going at this game for nearly 12 hours straight! Time to quit for the night. 8)

It's a fun game, but I find that I absolutely have to cheat to get through it. 8( I'm a horrible shot with the weapons, and I'm not one to conserve ammo very well..... but more than that, I just need to use the damn stasis thing allllllll the time! Most of the time I was either running on nearly no ammo, or nearly no health. Usually both.

As far as how it goes for a scary game, it's pretty sweet. Quite different from the sort of horror games I'm used to, like Silent Hill or Fatal Frame. It's probably more along the lines of Doom 3, that sort of thing. 8) When I first played it, Jose was watching and the sound was turned up really loud, and the graphics were wowing me all over the place! And because the sound was up really loud and it was my first time playing it, I jumped and screamed a LOT! It was hilarious, I should've gotten it on camera! =3=; But today I had the volume down to a reasonable level, and so I wasn't nearly as vocal. ;)

I just got one last level and I'll have beaten the game! Then I can focus on Mass Effect, Eternal Sonata, Lost Odyssey, and Bioshock! I'll probably save the latter for last, though, since I've played through a good portion of it on PC and I'm more curious about the RPGs. 8DDDDD

IT'S GOOD TO BE GAMING AGAIN!

On a side note, I'm pleased to say that my xbox360, after being used for 12+ hours sitting on top of my PC which was also turned on that whole time, isn't even warm! I guess it's got good ventilation where it's sitting. 8)

Ellen called me just as I got out of class. All three Back to the Future movies were gonna show back-to-back at the revival theater that we saw Darkman in, and Christopher Lloyd and a couple other actors were gonna be there to open the show! So I went over to Ellen's place and we went together.
